INGREDIENTS
1.Any fish cut into pieces-half kg
2.Chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
3.Pepper powder-1 teaspon
4.Ginger-1 small piece
5.Garlic-6
6.Salt, oil ,curry leaves- as required
METHOD
1.Clean and cut fish into thin small pieces
2.For preparing masala put in a pan little oil and add chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger, garlic chopped and fry well and make them into fine masala paste
3.Spread the masala to the fish and keep for 15 minutes
4.Put in a pan oil an dadd curry leaves and when it becomes hot add fish and fry well till it becomes golden brown
