EGG CURRY

INGREDIENTS

1.Egg-4
2.Potato-2
3.Grated coconut-half
4.Chilly powder,coriander powder-one tablespoon
5.Egg masala -1 teaspoon
6.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
7.Green chilly-3
8.Shallots-half cup
9.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
10.Oil-3 tablespoon
11.Tomato-2
12.Mustard seeds,salt,curry leaves-as requird

METHOD

1.Boil egg by adding salt to it and remove the shell of egg
2.Heat coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder,masala and pepper and make them in form of fine masala paste
3.Make a paste with grated coconut
4.Cut into small pieces tomato,potato,green chilly,shallots and add masala paste to it and salt and water and coook well for 25 minutes
5.When potato is cooked add coconut paste and mix well
6.When it starts to boil cut boiled egg into 2 halves and add to it
7.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves,shallots and saute well till it becomes brown
8.Add to prepared curry and mix well and serve hot
