EGG PORICHATHU

INGREDIENTS

1.EGG-2
2.Grated coconut-half cup
3.Shallots-one fourth cup
4.Green chilly chopped-2
5.Ginger chopped-1 small piece
6.Salt,oil, curry leaves-as required

METHOD

1.Chop well shallots,green chilly, ginger
2.Add grated coconut to it and also add saltand mix well
3.Beat egg well in an egg beater
4.Add egg to this mix
5.Put in a pan oil and add egg mix to it and cook well
6.When one side is cooked turn other side and switch off flame and keep lid covered for 10 minutes
