FISH CHILLY

INGREDIENTS

1.Cooked boneless fish-1 kg
2.Onion-2
3.Green chilly-2
4.Ginger garlic paste-half teaspoon
5.Pepper powder,turmeric powder-half teaspoon
6.Tomato-1
7.Salt,curry leaves,oil-as required
8.Coriander leaves-for decoration

METHOD

1.Clean and cut fish and marinate it with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder for 15 minutes
2.Pressure cook for 20 minutes and remove the bone fish and chop it inti small pieces
3.Put in a pan oil and add green chilly and ginger garlic paste and saute well
4.Add chopped onion and saute well and when it starts becoming brown add chopped tomato and saute well
5.Add cooked fish and saute wel
6.Decorate with coriander leaves
