GRILLED AVOLI FISH

INGREDIENTS

1.Avoli-1 kg
2.Chilly powder-half teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Pepper powder-2 teaspoon
Lime juice-2 lemon
Salt-as required
3.Oil-200ml
4.Ginger chopped-1 big piece
   Garlic-4
   Shallots-50 gm
  Salt-as required


METHOD

1.Clean and cut fish from centre
2.Mix second ingredients together along with little oiol and keep aside
3.Make a fine paste with fourth ingredients and also add little salt to it
4.Marinate fish with that paste fior 20 minutes
5.Marinate fish with second ingredients for 10 more minutes
6.Heat well a tawa and add little oil to it and grill fish well
