Kashmiri kebab

Ingredients
1. Chicken -250gm
2. Chopped ginger-1 teaspoon
3. Chopped garlic -4
4. Jeerakam- half teaspoon
5 . Cardamom,clove,cinnamon-1
6. Milk-half cup
7. Green chilly -4
8.coriander leaves-1 teaspoon
9. Salt,oil-as required
10. Egg white-1
Method
1. Cook well all ingredients  except egg white and oil
2. Strain well water and blend well in a mixer jar
3. Add egg white  and mix well
4. Make fine long balls and fry well in hot oil
