INGREDIENTS
1.Kovakka-200 gm
2.Red chilly-4
3.Shallots-half cup
4.Oil-3 tablespoon
5.Salt,mustard seeds,curry leaves-as required
METHOD
1.Clean and cut kovakka into thin long pieces
2.Crush shallots and red chilly
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves ,crushed shallots and red chilly and saute well till it becomes brown
4.Add little chilly powder and mix well
5.Add little salt to kovakka and add them to previous sauted mix and little water and close the lid and cook well for 25 minutes
6.Stir occasionally
