MALAI KABAB

INGREDIENTS

1.Boneless chicken cut into pieces-1 kg
2.Ginger paste,garlic paste-5 teaspoon
    Lime juice-1 lemon
    Salt-as required
3.Curd-half cup
   Cashewnut paste-8 teaspoon
   Grated cheese-50 gm
   White pepper powder-3 teaspoon
   Green chilly paste- 2 teaspoon
   Fresh cream, salad oil-4 teaspoon
   Cardamom powder-little
4.Oil-as required


METHOD

1.Marinate chicken with second ingredients and keep for half an hour and cook well in a pan without adding oil
2.Blend well third ingredients in amixer jar
3.Put in a pan oil and add chicken mix and blended ingredients and cook well for half an hour and serve hot
