ORANGE SUFLE

INGREDIENTS

1.Egg yolk-4 egg
  Vanilla essence-half teaspoon
   Powdered sugar-200gm
   Milk-half cup
2.Gelatin-4 teaspoon
   Water-one cup
3.Orange juice-2 orange
   Lime juice-1 lemon
4.Fresh cream-400gm
5.Egg white-4 egg
6.Orange chopped

METHOD

1.Blend well first ingredients using a blender
2.Double boil it and allow it to cool
3.Soak gelatin well in water and melt well in low flame and allow it to cool
4.Blend well first ingredients and third ingredients together in a blender
5.Add gelatin  and blend well
6.Beat well fresh cream and add to egg mix
7.Beat well egg whit in an egg beater and add to egg mix
8.Pour into a bowl and keep refrigerated for 1 night and serve chilled with orange ,
chopped
