TANDOORI PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS

1.Prawns-1 kg
2.Curd-half litre
3.Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
4.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
5.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
6.Jeera powder-1 teaspoon
7.Oil-50 ml
8.Salt-as required

METHOD

1.Clean prawns well
2.Strain water from curd well
3.Mix ingredients from 3-6  along with salt and curd
4.Marinate prawns with this mix for 15 minutes
5.Grill prawns well
