INGREDIENTS
1.Cooked white rice-2 cup
2.Oil-3 tablespoon
3.Mustard seeds-half teaspoon
4.Chopped shallots-6
Ginger chopped- 1 big piece
Red chilly chopped-4
Curry leaves-as required
5.Curd,milk- one and a half cup
6.Asafoetida powder-half teaspoon
7.Salt- as required
METHOD
1.Cook well rice and keep aside and allow it to cool
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add fourth ingredients and saute well
3.Mix well curd and milk
4.Add the sauted ingredients to curd and also add asafoetida powder and salt to it and mix well
5.Add this mix to cooked rice and mix well and serve
