Vegetable cutlet

Ingredients
1. Chopped onion-2
2. Chopped  green chilly-6
3. Chopped  ginger-3 piece
4. Chopped  garlic-6
5. Oil-for frying
6. Egg-2
7. Bread crumbs-half cup
8. Chopped  beetroot,carrot-1
9. Cooked green  peas-1 cup
10. Potato-5
11. Curry leaves-as required
12. Chicken  masala,Cardamom and jeera powder -half teaspoon
13. Pepper powder-little
Method
1. Put in a pan oil and saute well onion and when it starts to become brown colour add  ginger,garlic,green  chilly and curry leaves and saute well
2. Add vegetables and cook well
3. Boil and cook potatoes and remove the skin from it and smash well and add to sauted onion mix
4. Add all masala and mix well and saute for 5 minutes
5. Add salt and mix well
6. Beat egg well in an egg beater
7. Make small balls and dip them in egg mix and bread crumbs and fry well in hot oil
8. Serve with tomato sauce
