INGREDIENTS
1.Vendakka-200gm
2.Shallots-1 cup
3.Tomato-2
4.Green chilly-2
5.Grated coconut-half
6.Red chilly-4
7.Coriander powder-2 teaspoon
8.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
9.Garam masala-,turmeric powder-half teaspon
10.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
11.Salt,curry leaves,oil,mustard seeds-as required
METHOD
1.Fry well grated coconut,red chilly,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric and pepper powder and make a fine paste
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves and vendakka, tomato.shallots,green chilly,salt and mix well and saute well
3.When it is cooked well add paste to it and also salt and water and cook well
4.When it boils switch off flame and serve hot
