PHIRNY

INGREDIENTS

1.Milk-250 ml
2.Rice powder-2 teaspoon
3.Sugar- one and a half tablespoon
4. Chopped pista , badam-2 tablespoon
5.Crushed cardamom-2

METHOD

1.Put in a pan milk and when it starts to boil add rice powder to it and stir continuously without forming lumps
2.Add sugar and mix well and when it becomes thick and creamy add little badam and pista and mix well
3.Transfer into a serving bowl and add cardamom , badam, pista and mix well and serve
4.Keep refrigerated for 3 hours and serve chilled
