FISH AMRITSARI

INGREDIENTS

1. Fish-8 pieces
2.Salt-as required
   Lemon juice-1 lemon
   Ginger garlic paste-2 tablespoon
   Chilly powder-1 tablespoon
3.Curd-half cup
   Basin-200gm
   Egg-1
4.Water, oil-as required
5.Chat masala, lemon pieces-foe decoration

METHOD

1. Clean and cut fish into fine pieces
2.Mix second ingredients together and marinate fish for 20 minutes
3.Make a thick fine batter with third ingredients
4.Dip the marinated fish in prepared batter and keep for 15 minutes
5.Put in a pan oil and fry well fish till it becomes golden brown colour
6.Decorate with chat masala and lemon pieces and serve
