MALAI PANEER

INGREDIENTS

1. Oil-2 tablespoon
2.Jeerakam -1 teaspoon
3.Finely chopped onion-1
   Finely chopped green chilly-2
4.Turmeric powder,garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
   Salt-as required
5.Paneer cut into cubes-2 cup
6.Fresh cream -half cup
7.Chopped coriander leaves- for decoration

METHOD

1. Put in a pan oil and saute well jeerakam
2.Add green chilly and onion and saute well
3.When onion becomes golden brown add fourth ingredients and saute well and also add little water and allow it to boil
4.Add paneer cubes to this mix and cook well for some time
5.Low the flame and add fresh cream and mix well
6.Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi
