INGREDIENTS
1.Boneless chicken- half kg
2.Shallots-14
Red chilly-6
Curry leaves-as required
3.Valan puli pizhinjathu-1 tablespoon
4.Oil-as required
5.Coconut milk-100 ml
Crushed red chilly-little
Honey-2 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Cut and clean well chicken pieces
2.Fry well second ingredients and make them into fine powder
3.Marinate chicken with the powder and valan puli pizhinjathu and keep aside for half an hour
4.Take each chicken pieces and attach them into a skewer
for grilling
5.Put in a pan oil and grill chicken pieces
6.Mix fifth ingredients well and make them in form of sauce and serve with grilled chicken
